A few days before the pick up date, I had to make a last minute change because my availabilities changes. Alyssa at Ship Cars Now responded very quickly to my request and found a new driver that was able to pick up the car at a much more convenient time for me.
Then on the day of the delivery, I called to ask if the driver would be able to arrive at a certain time (again, because of my time constraints) and he was very flexible in doing so. He arrived right on time, the exchange was quick and easy.
They made this process so smooth and fast and were very accommodating of my changing schedule. Thank you Ship Cars Now!
