MAJOR DAMAGE TO OUR VEHICLE!

This has been the worst experience we have had with a business in a long time! Ship A Car Inc.'s driver caused major body damage to our vehicle including dents, then tried to hide the damage with an amateur spray paint job. Then Ship A Car Inc, refused to accept responsibility. They blamed it on us not having a "bill of lading", but we did not have this document because their driver would not provide us with a copy at pick up. The driver delivered the vehicle 36 hours late. We believe they were trying to hide and paint over the damage they caused. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK WHEN THEY MAKE A MISTAKE
