I HAD A CAR SENT FROM REDMOND, WASHINGTON TO ENDICOTT,NY. I WAS INFORM PERIODICALLY OF THE STATUS OF THE CAR WHICH WAS WELCOME NEWS. ALL THE PEOPLE I TALKED TO ON THE PHONE WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE CAR. THE SHIPPING PRICE WAS REASONABLE. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS AUTO CARRIER IN THE FUTURE.
