This started August 20,2008. Called Secure Auto after another company could not pick up the car.They assured me that the car would be picked up and on time for $750.00. There was a hurricane in Florida so did not pick up the car.What that had to do with it I don't know since the truck was coming from another state other than Florida. I had to call them and they gave me another pickup date with assurances that it again would be picked up.As a matter of fact the truck was headed my way as we spoke. I had to pay a deposit (200.00), even though I told them other companies did not ask for a deposit and I was very leary of doing so. But with assurances on their part I did. What a mistake. I had someone else bring the car to me, which cost more than I was quoted from this company. This was after 3 weeks of waiting for them and calling them and them telling me the truck was on the way to pick the car up still . After I requested the money back they no longer answered my calls or returned any calls.The contract states that they refund the money after 7 days of pickup date if auto was not picked up. I also sent emails, no response.I left messages to the owner, customer service manager and to the customer service rep. No response from any of these people. This company is one of the worst for customer service and for dependability. I sent a complaint in to the BBB of Florida, no response again from the company. I put in a complaint to DOT also, waiting on their response to them.
