Be Warned when using this company

I made arrangements well in advance for car transport service, then the day of pickup...no show from Secure Transport. I'm frantically calling these people for a status, since I have a flight living early the next morning. After more than a dozen calls to them, someone finally suggested I leave my car unattended and unlocked for Secure Transport to pickup ... the following morning. My response...Are you crazy?????? The transport arrangements were for the car to be picket up 1/12, which they were disputing...still have the paperwork to prove the pickup date.
When the car arrived I realized Secure charged me an additional $100 for picking up the car on the assigned date (they called it emergency service). They use 3-party haulers, who are clueless to the workings of this company so it didn't make any sense for me to rant at the drivers...wasn't their fault. Besides my beef was with Secure Transport. I called, again half a dozen times asking for a $100 refund....they said 'they check is in the mail'.....translated that means 'fat chance'. Stay away from this company. I keep the paperwork as a reminder...check out the BBB on a company before doing any business with them!
