We are truly sorry that Mr. Ziemba feels this way. We made every attempt possible to appease him. His route was very hard to get a truck driver to accept. when we could not find a Truck driver willing to accept his route, we refunded his broker fee immediately. We strive for customer satisfaction, and NEVER want a unhappy customer. We wish Mr. Ziemba all the best, and apologize that we could not get his truck moved in the short time frame that he requested.
