I was supposed to receive a call from Scott per his email going back and forth on a friday night night, he said he would call me saturday at a specific time. I never heard from him, never received an email that he could not call?

Moving your car is a stressful time, you need someone who you can trust, and when you cant even get a promised phone call, that is bad news right off the bat. There are plenty of companies out there, stay away from this one, as you can see, they just started the business months ago, so they are brand new, not a good start for this company
