1 They asked to pick up my car a day before planned. It was inconvenient for me but I did it. 2. I had to meet with them a second time to give them the chasier's check. Both times the person was over 1 hour late 3. Delivery was set for Tuesday, Sept 16. It was delivered Monday night, Sept. 22. 4. There was no contact from the company about delays - I had to call repeatedly on my cell phone. 5. They gave only 1 hour notice for the pick-up time. They were supposed to call the day ahead. 6. They told the person picking up the car that he needed to show up with cash for the transport cost, when they had been pre-paid. 7. Fortunately, I was available during the 1 hour pick-up window and able to call the company and demand that they release the car without additional payment. They argued about my payment but backed down when I offered the # of the check. AWFUL experience
