I hit a deer while 1,200 miles from home. Saks did understand my needs and quickly acted on them and got me a transport company set up quickly. I did have some problems with them, but that wasn't caused by Saks. There was some question on my cost, but Saks and I resolved that.


Claudia Auto Transport delivered one week later than originally quoted. They also never would return calls. So wasn't sure when my car would arrive or if it was stolen. But these problems were not caused by Saks.

The reason for the delay was the truck made a special trip before there load date to do pick up's .Minnesota has less truck traffic to get vehicles and we made sure to send a truck 4 days before there departure date . This customer knew he can reach out to us if car wasn't being delivered . The car went straight to his local dealership for repairs so not even sure if he knew when it actually got delivered .
