We never got the service after we paid the deposit! We tried to get our deposit back, but they even didn't pick up the call. Before we paid the deposit, we made it clear that we need them to pick up the car before our flight. But they kept saying they were trying to find a truck and ask us to wait. We missed our flight and have to find other ways to transport our car. They even didn't return the deposit!

We did have a carrier setup but unfortunately they tried to reach the customer for pickup. No one answered or called back so they were unable to load. The services were completed and we offered to setup another truck without any additional charges.
