Mike was very nice and professional. I was in no rush to ship my car just doing so to get some customization done. I was quoted $480 by Mike and then he called to tell me It would be more, at that point I was expecting some BS but it was $20 more and of course I told him that was a DEAL BREAKER! lol just kidding, I was more than ok with that. My car was picked up within 2 days of my initial call and everything went smooth other than the driver being a little late but that's acceptable considering you never know what's going on on the highway. My car was even delivered a day early. Overall very good care free experience as it SHOULD be. I'll definitely use them again when I ship my car back.
