Safeeds Transport Inc. is one of the most unprofessional and irresponsible transport companies I’ve ever dealt with. I paid $550 to have my 2020 Chevy Equinox transported from Danville, Indiana to Loganville, Georgia on May 22, 2026, and they still managed to damage my vehicle. When the car arrived, it had multiple scratches on the hood and fender — damage that was absolutely NOT there before transport. I have photos and videos taken at the exact moment of delivery showing everything clearly. I reported the damage immediately, but the driver refused to acknowledge anything. Safeeds Transport then ignored the issue completely. No follow-up. No accountability. No resolution. To make matters worse, this company has insurance coverage, yet they refused to let their insurance handle the damage because they didn’t want a claim on their record. Instead of doing the right thing, they chose to protect themselves and leave me stuck with the damage they caused. The customer service was just as bad. The woman in charge of claims was rude, dismissive, and showed zero concern for the situation or the stress this caused me. She made it clear she didn’t care about the damage, didn’t care about the evidence, and didn’t care about the customer. Her attitude alone is enough to make anyone avoid this company. Safeeds Transport Inc. takes your money, damages your vehicle, refuses to use their insurance, and treats you poorly when you ask for help. Dishonest company. Terrible customer service. Zero responsibility. If you value your vehicle, your money, or basic human respect, do NOT use Safeeds Transport Inc. They will leave you with damage and absolutely no support.
