I had an extremely disappointing experience with this transport company. My vehicle was damaged during transportation, and the company has refused to take any responsibility. When the driver delivered my car, he would not acknowledge the new scratches that were not present when the vehicle was picked up. He was dismissive and unprofessional, even when the damage was clearly visible. I immediately reported the issue and provided before-and-after photos showing the scratches on both sides of my vehicle. Despite having clear proof, the company did absolutely nothing to resolve the situation. No accountability, no follow-up, and no compensation for the damage they caused. The customer service was just as bad, unresponsive, unhelpful, and unwilling to address the problem in any meaningful way. I was left to deal with the repair costs on my own, even though the damage happened while my vehicle was in their care. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor service, poor communication, and zero responsibility. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that actually stands behind their work.
