I booked transport for my vehicle with Safeeds Transport Inc on 09/10/2025 to move my car from FL to VA for $450 ($150 reservation + $300 due at delivery), with pickup scheduled for 09/23/2025. Tom from Safeeds was professional and assured me he would follow up the day before pickup. On the pickup day, Tom informed me that the available driver for my route was asking $650. He explained that he had worked with this driver many times and found him very reliable. Because of his professionalism, I agreed, and he sent a revised contract for $200 reservation + $450 due at delivery. The driver’s handler contacted me to schedule an afternoon pickup, but the time was pushed back several times. By around 9 pm, I was told the driver would need to come the next morning—which was difficult since we had an early flight. I reached out to Tom again, and he made sure the driver arrived that night around 10:30 pm. I had to drive my car about 0.8 miles to the main road because our neighborhood streets were too narrow for the truck, but the driver took photos and secured the vehicle carefully. Our car was delivered well at our VA home on 09/25/2025. Overall, we’re pleased with the service from Safeeds and their partner carrier. Despite some scheduling hiccups, Tom’s support ensured we didn’t have to leave our vehicle behind in FL and were able to make our flight. A solid experience worthy of 4 stars.
