I booked an auto transport in May 2025 for a pickup on July 29, 2025. On July 28, I had not heard anything from the company. I called the company to inquire and get an update, after being hung up on, I was told there were no drivers and they were working hard to find me one. Late in the day, I was told they found one but it would increase my price by $600. I told them to cancel and I was sent this cancellation policy that states they have up to 7 days after my pickup date to find me a driver and if I wanted to proceed with the cancellation that there would be an administration fee equivalent to my deposit paid. I still had to pay more to get my car shipped but I would Never use this company again.
