This company is beyond shady and operates like a scam. I worked with Paul, who initially quoted me $300 to ship my car just 220 miles. After signing a contract and paying a $100 deposit, communication quickly became spotty and it was difficult to get a hold of him. Then, out of nowhere, I received a call stating the assigned driver did not have insurance and could not make the delivery. Conveniently, they claimed another driver was available—but only if I agreed to pay double the original price. When I refused this bait-and-switch tactic and requested my deposit back so I could use a different company, I was stonewalled. They flatly refused to refund me, threatened additional cancellation fees, and left me with no real choice but to proceed under their manipulated terms. The nightmare continued. My car, originally scheduled for delivery on Thursday, was delayed because the “driver’s truck was in the shop.” After signing the second contract under duress, Paul completely ghosted me—no updates, no responses, nothing. I was forced to contact the corporate office, which was another frustrating ordeal, just to scrape together basic information from another agent. This company thrives on deception, coercion, and predatory money-grabbing tactics. They lure you in with a low quote, create a false crisis, and extort more money when you’re backed into a corner. Do not use this company under any circumstances. It is a complete and total scam.
