I made my deposit and signed a contract after many texts and expressed how I had been screwed over by previous two carriers for pricing and delivery dates. Richard guaranteed me, even after I expressed my concerns, the date of pickup from the destination he came with an increased price of $450 I told him this was not an option. He guaranteed and he should honour his guarantee. He cut the increase down to an extra $350.Still not an option for me.Do not deal with this company unless you are ready to pay for a substantial increase for what they guaranteed Customer service is not their priority obviously
