I had my 2 cars transported from san angelo tx to cedar hill tx which was given a price of $500 and had to pay $156 deposit toward. I was contacted a day before I needed this done telling me I needed to pay $250 extra dollars. When my cars were loaded up I noticed this guy was using pieces of wooden planks to assist with getting vehicles on the ramp of the trailer. When my cars arrived at destination he drove the first one off and I noticed it making noises. I said the car is making noise did you hear that. He immediately tells me no no. This man had his wife with him in the job as well i drive my car to my garage where I noticed it making a knocking noise. I return to tell them and they tell me no we don't drive the cars and we are not responsible for mechanical problems. The wife runs to the other vehicle to quickly take pics turns the key without starting the car to take a Pic of the dash. Then as I drove that vehicle to me garage she followed me home and walked in my garage trying to take pictures. This was a horrible experience. Wasted money and now have a damaged vehicle.
