tI will reiterate the same words of another recent customer: "Do not under any circumstances use this broker."

I received a quote from Chase Hunnington (Safe Care Shippers), as well as a dozen other companies, and I dialogued with several companies who stated they could meet my need to move my car within the same day. Ultimately, Chase admitted he could not find a driver to move my car by the end of the day. No harm no foul. Then the following day, I learned Chase had listed my car on a "central dispatch board", and I instructed him to immediately remove his listing of my car. I then booked a flight to retrieve my car. A few days later, I learned Chase had ignored my specific instruction to remove his listing for my car and had booked a driver and the driver had picked up my car. Chase insisted we had a contract, even though we did not have a contract. (Obviously he could never produce a document that does not exist). This was a horrible experience, and I would not wish upon anyone having to deal with this company. Chase was rude and dismissive to me and to my wife. He's devious and untrustworthy. Stay far away from this company.

This customer worked with the carrier to cut me out of the picture to not pay me for the scheduling and still left a negative rating some people are just POS. He neglected to mention he booked with 3 other companies but my service was the only one that yielded results but you can't please everyone even people who scam you out paying for your service.
