Good but late

This is the second time I have used this transport service. The first experience was excellent, 5 stars. However, the second time was not excellent.
The car arrived safely and Reggie, the driver, does an excellent job. The issue is that they were 3 days late in picking up the car and no shows twice for pick up appointments with the poor guy who sold me the car. If I had been aware I could not depend upon the promised pick up date, I would have pursued another carrier. Hopefully this is an isolated experience, but I will check around the next time I need the service.
Actually an apology would have gone a long way in making me feel better, but I did not get a return phone call after a no show.
