Karla was terrific to work with. Despite the storm going through the south, she was able to find multiple drivers willing to take my load which helped keep the price down. She communicated with me throughout the day while my load was being transported through the ice and snowy conditions in Georgia. She went out of her way to keep me, the driver, and the person receiving the load in touch and made sure everyone understood the contingency plans she had put in place. I would definitely use her again.
