The auction screwed up my shipment. I was 1000 miles away & felt vulnerable bc I couldn’t be there. Lisa had my back. She handled it & I felt like I had a partner who cared. They were a blessing. Then Kionte the driver was excellent, too. They were a blessing to me & I will use them every time I can.
