Josh was friendly and made sure I received the carrier packet and rate confirmation in a timely manner. Pauline was awesome she filled in all of gaps such as but limited to delivery address and telephone numbers (which was not provided in the signed documents). This specific delivery was COD and the customer was excellent! I would use them again.
