We are sorry to hear that the carrier had a difficult time with the uShip payment process. We will certainly share this feedback with the carrier. Your review is marked as late delivery, however, after review we see that this was picked up on 6/1 and delivered on 6/6, which would be a 5 day transit for your order. The order was promised delivery within 5-7 days so we are well within the delivery time-frame promised.
