I had my vehicle shipped from WA to KS in an enclosed carrier. Rollover Transport did the shipping of my vehicle and it was a horrible experience. The driver showed up 5 hours late on my pickup day. He delivered my vehicle 2 days late! Communication throughout the shipment of my vehicle barely occured, and many times on my own accord. The customer should not have to contact the driver 40+ times over the span of 2 days to find out where the vehicle is at/when it will be delivered. Prompt phone calls to the customer should be made when the driver expects delays or must push the pickup/delivery times back (or up). The day my vehicle was supposed to be delivered I NEVER received a phone call until 9AM the following morning. I was highly frustrated since I cut days off my trip to be at my destination to receive my car. I spent $1125 for a service that was lacking on the customer service side and only gave me more headaches than anything else. Trust me, Rollover Transport is horrible at communication and prompt deliveries. I will never ever ship a car again after this experience!
