**DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT YOUR VEHICLE**
This company (one single person named Mike) is a scam. He sends a you a low quote and gets you excited about having your car/truck shipped for a low rate, knowing that he can not deliver. The only communication you will have is via email, he does not return phone calls, or receive them.
He is a liar. I had a quote/ we agreed on a delivery date and arrival date, I sent my deposit (via PayPal $100) and was told my truck would be picked up on the date on the contract. 1st LIE was the delivery truck had a bad radiator, and was showing up the next day. I was not given a phone call or anything, I had to email him several times before finally he replied back. It's frustrating conducting business only through the means of email. SECOND LIE - I was told the truck was being fixed, WHICH TOOK ANOTHER 3 DAYS, all along I'm waiting for my truck to get picked up. THRID LIE - **it's now a week later** MY TRUCK HAS STILL NOT BEEN PICKED UP... not one phone call from him, not one email with a status, I call the "number" he gave me, only to get his fake voicemail he set up knowing he'll never answer, and never got him on the phone. I began sending him emails stating I'm going to cancel my order, AND ALL OF A SUDDEN I GET A RESPONSE BACK VIA EMAIL.. stating that the truck is now fixed **IT'S GOING ON 2 WEEKS LATER** he gives me a time the truck will show up to pickup my truck **I NEVER GOT A NAME OF THE DRIVER/PHONE NUMBER TO THE DRIVER (BECAUSE IT'S ANOTHER LIE)
He said the truck will arrive at the location at 5pm, at 5:30 the truck driver had not arrived, NO UPDATE "EMAIL" from him, I call and email him, he then replies (email) saying the driver is arriving at 8pm... THE DRIVER NEVER EVER SHOWED...
I emailed (no point to call, he wont pick up) him and said to cancel my order, he replies LYING ABOUT HOW HE'S THE BEST & HE'S THE WORST AT THIS JOB. BTW - HE ONLY REFUNDED ME $50 OF THE $100 OF THE DEPOSIT I GAVE HIM...
***PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT'S A SCAM*** REPORT THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT USE IT, ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE ALL LIES***
**It's a setup to steal your money knowing he'll never be able to provide the service**
For future, DO NOT GIVE ANY TRANSPORTING COMPANY A DEPOSIT UP FRONT, They should be able to provide you with a name/number of the driver before they require any money from you
