I move cars around a lot, both domestic and international. First time I tried these guys I was impressed. 1- They were the only ones that responded to my multi-car request, car by car, not the others' computer generated responses that ignored some of my cars
2-They then addressed my specific needs exactly. 3- The agent allowed me all the time on the phone to ask every question on my mind and he patiently and respectfully addressed each one of them. 4- As we were talking , he was emailing me in real time with updates. 5- He was very flexible with all my specific needs and demands.
6- Here is the real kicker- We hang up and I go to sleep. Expecting car to be picked up within 3 days, but the truck driver is the one who wakes me up to say he already has the first car on its way from TX to NY- Wow .2 days ahead of time!
I have been in touch with him ever since , and at any time I want to check on the car.Very courteous driver too. I am expecting it tonight.
- I got another car for him going back as soon as he drops Car# 1, a Jag, off. Then I got Car#3 a 1976 Classic , waiting for him back in TX. So standby for more progress reports which by my last few days experience, I know, its all gonna be positive A+. I am calling all my friends who ship a lot to switch to these RBRT guys cos they dont play ! . Their rates are the best ! And they treat you personalized -VIP- customized !
