For the first time ever, I needed car transport services to bring my car from Arizona to Texas and trade it in. I initially contacted Michael 11/07/11 but had to cancel the same day because my bank and I did not agree with the interest rate for my car loan. After 2 days, a different bank offered me an APR that I am satisfied with. I immediately called Mike back and he had the same initial offer at $450. There is another car transport company that offered me a lower price quote ($375). Them and Mike offered me the same final price quote at $600- I need the car to be in Texas by 11/14/2011. I chose this company over the other one because Mike took time to guide me with this deal- he gave me another option with a lower price (to remain at $450) but my car will arrive in Texas at a later date. At this point, I still have the option to cancel but I did not. All I can say is that it is still the final decision of the customer whether to avail the services of Rock Bottom or not. I did chose this company because Mike is much better than the other one as regards with call returns, email responses and explaining things to me as a first-timer. My car arrived in Texas 2 days after it was picked up in Arizona. The driver has to wait for 2 days more for my arrival to have completion of the deal by then. I got my car in the same condition as it is and the car dealer did not give any comment about it as a trade-in vehicle (even valued it higher than the pay-off amount). Looking at my new car right now, I don't even think about and dwell on the $150 difference between the initial price quote and the final price quote. Should I need car transport services in the future, I will definitely consider calling Mike again!
