What a joke

I know they will respond to this by saying it was all my fault or I am a competitor, but don't believe that crap, just like don't believe any of the crap this company tells you. 14 day guarantee is a joke, never heard a word from them, I had to initiate any communication with them. When I did, all I got was B.S. When I told them on a Wednesday that I wanted my deposit back, they said that the car will be moved by Sunday. Nope, never happened, Then they said if I agreed to pay another $100, 200 percent guarantee that it would be picked up by Wednesday, o.k. I agreed and nothing, no phone calls, no emails, no truck. When I emailed them, again a 200 percent guarantee by Friday......nope. When I asked them for the procedure to get my deposit back, they said no problem, but there is a 5000 percent guarantee it would be picked up by Sunday. Told them to forget it. Should have checked, but they have only been "in business" 3 months. Also, READ the contract very very closely, I think the rate they quote is in addition to the deposit, not like others. Even if they 'no longer charge a deposit", good luck getting your vehicle moved. Since they screwed around so long, I am now leaving Saturday to drive my car to Utah from Pittsburgh. Thanks Rock Bottom, appreciate the hassle! Anyone can contact me for more details and copies of their sometimes cryptic emails.

really? complete nonsense, will have some 5 star reviews up shortly from our real clients, not clowns that cry over $50 bucks, what is your deal? best regards, please don't ever contract with our firm again as you sir are a tire kicker, thanks for wasting out time and running mouth on nonsense,
