My experience started out just fine but quickly turned sour. One of the first things you sign is the "Deposit/Fee" charge slip for $200. I assumed this was truly a deposit for the $700 total for the trip from Milwaukee to San Jose, CA. No mention was ever made this was an ADDITIONAL FEE on top of the quoted $700. Read through the contract and no mention is made of an added fee on top of the quoted price.
What kills me is that this company advertises, "No hidden fees, games or gimmicks." This is the classic bait and switch. They mask the additional, hidden fee by using a "deposit charge" and don't mention this is additional to the quoted charge until the email goes out telling you the balance due to the driver. Well...the balance is the entire, originally quoted charge that appears in your emails when soliciting your business.
Michael's tone on the phone and in emails turned downright nasty and I would never use, recommend or support this horrible company. I give Rock Bottom a Rock Bottom rating of "0" Stars!!!

Well our client satisfaction level is over 90%, bait and switch isn't our tactic and the vehicle was transported correctly; America is "bait and switch" if you consider our firm this. YOU THE CLIENT APPROVED THE DISPATCH & you agreed, signed to our terms, conditions, COD $ before dispatch and more importantly the car moved as sold, READ TERMS, COND. PLEASE!
