Excellent service overall. Pick up was late due to carrier, not transportation company. I was kept informed during the whole process, and the representative, Stacie, was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable about shipping my car. This was my first time shipping my car and I didn't know what to expect, but Stacie explained everything. Actual cost was more than original quote, but it was still lower than other quotes I received when I was researching. The reason for increasing the cost, due to no carriers agreeing to originally quoted cost, was thoroughly explain to me by Stacie, and was only raised after she thoroughly negotiated, which I really appreciated! I would definitively use Roadway again if needed.
