Absolutely the most unreliable and irreputable company I have ever dealt with in my career of 45 years in business. To start with the hours on their website are not even close to being accurate. Poor customer service, would be an understatement. Typical wait time trying to reach customer service is 20 minutes.
When you finally get someone to answer the call, they are less than helpful. They rescheduled the pick up date twice and charged a higher price each time based on expediting the pick up were days late to original commit. Again, the most irreputable company I ever dealt with in my career.
