Road Runner reached out to me with both and email and a phone call to establish communication. Of five of the auto transport companies I contacted Road Runner was not only the most competitive option, their representatives seemed to be the most human, actually talking and willing to work with me. Unless something huge happens that would swap my opinion of them, I will continue to use Road Runner for all my automotive transport needs.
