At the beginning, I'm not sure about RoadRunner. Jake, the salesman, gave me the honest advice about timing, insurance and which way (open vs. enclosed) to transport my vehicle. After the experience we have, I'd highly recommend this auto transport company. Good communication with the office, the carrier, and the driver. Called us ahead of pickup and delivery. They even delivered our car one day earlier. Thank you, guys.
