SCAM. 0 stars. I filed a complaint with my bank and got all of my money back from RR Auto Transport. You can do this too if they scam you!
I paid extra for shipping insurance in case my car was damaged during shipping. Surprise: it was damaged during shipping. After shipping I had a flat tire and the undercarriage of my car was bumped during shipping, causing my heat shield to come loose and rattle. I had this confirmed by a mechanic that it was 100% caused FROM ROAD RUNNER AUTO TRANSPORT SHIPPING. RR Auto just said their insurance would not cover this because undercarriage damages are not included and the undercarriage was not inspected prior to shipping.
If the heat shield WAS loose prior to shipping, it would have been very loud during driving, which is was NOT. Also, if I had a completely flat tire prior to shipping I would not have been able to drive my car, which I was able to do easily.
It is a scam. Horrible company, horrible third parties they work with (Diesel Auto Express) and horrible customer service and claims department. Instead of being professional and having good customer service and covering the damages they caused, instead they get one star reviews on every platform possible on the internet and me telling all of my friends and family what a putrid company RR Auto Transport is.
