This company is by far the worst. Customer service never picked up after I called about 10 times. I was on hold the entire time and hung up after waiting 20 minutes. They assured me that they would be at the pick up location at the designated time and day. No one ever showed up. I never got a call or text on the day of pick up like they said they would. They did send me an email prior and text 2 days before saying everything was on track. I drove 5 hours to get my vehicle released from the processing center just to have no one show up and transport it down to Florida from Atlanta. Ended up having a local company in Atlanta do it for cheaper so I guess it’s a win for me but the stress of not having them answer and me driving 5 hours away to get it done was terrible.
