The main thing I appreciated about road runner was that their initial estimate ended up being the actual cost in the end. They did not use a lower rate to draw me in. . There were a few hiccups with payment scheduling, but it was handled well. As with most car transport companies, the day of pick up and drop off is never written in stone, so it is good to keep that in mind. You need to be flexible on each end. The drivers themselves were really nice guys, and seemed very professional.
