Kyle, we are sorry to hear that you chose to cancel your shipment with us before we were able to assist you with your vehicles transport. Unfortunately, because the nature of ground transportation is constantly changing, we advise that all dates associated with shipment are estimated and are subject to change. If a customer is possibly unable to be present at either the pickup or delivery location, and provide the flexibility required to accommodate this we always suggest a secondary contact should be appointed to assist with your vehicle’s relocation.
