My car pick up date has been rescheduled from Wednesday to Friday. It has been very difficult to approach the customer care as no one attended my calls to answer, not even the booking agent. Trucker didn't show on the scheduled date but picked my car the day after while I was in flight to my destination. After all this hassle, my car has been delivered on the scheduled date in perfect condition. That's why I am rating 4.
