I was misled upon initial contact when the representative confirmed that my truck would be picked up next day, after a different company completely failed to satisfy their end of the contract. At the end of the next day, i called back and was told that's not something they can guarantee. Nonetheless, the vehicle was picked up another day later, but the price went up from initial quote.
