A very painless process. I wasn't at the point of pick up but my family member who was said he was beyond impressed with how meticulous Alex was in checking the vehicle, loading it, and securing it for the trip. Transport took 2 days (I was expecting 4) so it exceeded expectations there as well. Delivery was simple as well, and Alex was very accommodating in changing the location within 5 minutes of arrival to simplify offloading as well. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
