It started with a 1625.00 Quote which then went to 1795 when I decided to sign up. I did because I was told that "they could pick up my truck the following day, maybe Saturday, but for sure by Monday". Then no carrier assigned the following week so I told them if they don't pick up my truck by the following Wed that I would cancel this and fly back and get it myself. Monday morning of that week I got a call from Road Runner and they said they found a carrier but it would cost 2150.00 now. I went ahead and approved this 2nd increase with some comments about you should have to honor your quote that I signed up for. So then they told me the carrier would pick it up that day by 6pm, dealer closes at 7pm. The dealer then contacted me and said they spoke with the carrier and said they would be picking up by 9pm.. Lucky for me the dealer agreed to lock the keys in the truck and gave the carrier the code. So 8/10/20 the truck was picked up, but when I contacted Road Runner the next day they said the carrier was about an hour away and would pick up up 8/11/20, and gave me the phone number and name of the carrier, which was incorrect. 8/12 I asked Road Runner where is my truck as they still did not show it had been picked up, 8/13 I asked again where is my truck and they did not know. Lucky for me I contacted the carrier directly. They gave me a different name and number and they delivered it on 8/12. Road Runner still has no clue where my truck is even though it was delivered.
