Roadrunner Cancelled after wanting me to pay more?

I had a quote from Roadrunner to move a vehicle from Phoenix, AZ to Missoula, MT for $1265,00. I booked and paid according to the quote. I received an email asking me to call confirm the Carrier Assignment. When I called I spoke with someone who was very rude and unprofessional and was told I had to pay $200+ extra because they couldn't find anyone at the price they quoted. I said I had booked based on their quote and he said "That's OK - we'll cancel the haul" and then hung up. Shakedown operation apparently.
