Beware of this company!!! Awful experience. Complete liars. This is not door to door service. The driver was rude and threatening. The work is all farmed out to independent carriers. They may or may not be good. Mine had a C rating. The Road Runners were not at all helpful with the situation.
When you book the reservation the road Runners are polite and professional. You will NEVER speak to that person again once they have your money. They then turn you over to some very rude unprofessional types.
Awful, awful experience.
