Roadrunner service was terrible. Pickup was scheduled for 4/10 and despite leaving multiple messages on 4/10 seeking information on when pickup would occur, nobody ever returned my call and the car was not picked up. I tried again on 4/11 with the same lack of response to messages left. I booked another carrier. I believe that if someone answers your call, you get attentIion. If you leave a message, it goes into a deep well where nobody calls back.
