We contracted with Road Runner to deliver a car from San Francisco to Chicago. Although we contracted for door to door service. The driver refused to pick up the vehicle, stating he could not get his transport in (not true) and had my young daughter deliver the vehicle to a dangerous part of San Francisco. When we called to complain, no one answered the phone for 5 days! After approximately 30+ calls, we spoke to Pamela, who could not have been ruder. She told us, in a nutshell, it was our fault. Now the vehicle won't be delivered on the date contracted. No reduction in cost. We are out an Uber ride ($50) after dropping off the vehicle and a car rental until we get the vehicle. Take my advice...DON'T EVER TRUST YOUR VEHICLE TO OR CONTRACT WITH ROAD RUNNER AUTO TRANSPORT. In my opinion, they don't care about you or your car. Just your money. They are horrible.
