They Lied to me about being the Top Auto Carrier in the Nation

I was doing a search of companies to ship my brand new Mercedes C Class sedan cross country. I spoke to Phil who told me they are the top auto carrier in the nation and would promise me a pickup date on my tight schedule. I needed to have this done ASAP. After Phil told me how much his company is better than all the rest, I decided to do some research on my own before choosing Road Runner. Wow, what an eye opener. I read the horrible reviews on Yelp and other sites and decided to not even tough these people with a ten foot pole. Phil was telling me that they have hundreds of thousands of customers who posted 5 star reviews. Where are they? This company sucks and I advise anyone to stay away from them. They are con artists!!!!
