As of 2 weeks ago I had no problem reaching this company. I signed and returned the contract for R77747 via email and FAX. I have been waiting on a receipt confirmation. This week I have left SEVERAL messages by phone and have sent emails to Phil, Eddie, Kelly and Customer Service with no response. The main number goes to voice mail and there is no answer at Customer Service. My mother's Malibu is supposed to be picked in Sayville, NY tomorrow and transported to Fort Pierce, Florida. Is this pickup scheduled?
