I was a little nervous being my first time shipping my 4Runner. First nervous due to the fact Road King is only accepting Cash only on delivery or on pick up. Secondly, nervous due to the fact, on pick up, I needed to know how long the driver will come, I called Road King and they gave me the driver number to call him directly, I was WOW. I thought this should be Road King responsibility to call and then let me know. But it went well. Then, when the delivery was late (base on the driver words), I called the driver but the phone was never answered and the call were never returned. I called Road King and they called back explaining the status and I was happy. And lastly, because the rest of the payment is due on delivery or on pick up, I paid the driver in cash on pick up and when the 4Runner hit its destination, the driver asked my people to pay the rest (this must not be the same driver who pick up the 4Runner). I called Road King and they called the driver, everything was OK.
Beside the littles misteps above, I am still very happy with the way Road King handled my 4Runner. And for the cost, I am very happy, it is very competitive with others carriers.
I would surety USE and RECOMMEND Road King again. A-
