Made the reservation a month in advance- told them the circumstances- taking car from my mother who is in bad shape and can not handle dealing with transport companies or anything else. I was flying in from CA and would only be there from Thursday morning to Sunday and needed to get the car on a transport during this time- understood and would do what they could. They didn't even try to find a transport until I was in NJ- and then it was not going to happen until who knew when. Sara answered her phone quickly- but never called me back to let me know what was going on- called her about once a day to find out. It is now Monday- I am back in CA and have no idea if they are going to pick up the car- if the driver will be willing to pick up the keys from the front desk of the assisted living home my mother lives in and if it will even happen- and evey time I talk to Sara it is just as soon as I find out something I will let you know- we ship cars all over and have many trucks- but you are going cross country. NEVER use this company if you are on a time schedule. Don't understand how they do business! So frustrated.
